Becca Williams
Sings and plays guitar
Becca Williams is a singer songwriter who grew up in the leafy tranquillity of North Wales. She started playing the guitar at the tender age of 12 taught by the same teacher as Coldplay’s very own Jonny Buckland.
Inspired by the guitar playing of the late great John Martyn and the lyrical genius of Joni Mitchell she set about learning the trade the traditional way, earning her stripes performing at local pubs and folk clubs whilst still in her teens.
Following completion of a degree in Contemporary Arts Becca moved to Manchester in 2001 with 2 EP’s (one of which was recorded in America during a 7 month exchange at a Boston University) and a host of festival performances under her belt. Following seven years of earning her reputation touring the circuit and becoming a mainstay at venues throughout the North-West as well as appearing on TV and national radio, she sought to create a band which "produced the sound I heard in my head when I first wrote the song"
Now three years on, one record deal, a further EP and a debut single later, Becca, along with her 'Broken Biscuits' are creating a stir within the industry and are set to have their debut album released later this year.

Anna Stuart
Cello
Anna was our fabulous hobnob for most of 2009, when she had to move to Germany to play Cello with a man called Gregor. She's currently being lovely somewhere in Dusseldorf but she still pops back to say hello from time to time - that's her playing on the Train Driver single. We miss her a lot, but we're happy that she's doing something so top and some of her silliness rubbed off of Rob.
